Eat and drink your way to beautiful skin
Collagen is an essential protein that is responsible for repairing skin and strengthening hair and nails. As we age, collagen production slows and our skin slowly starts to sag.
To combat this issue, studies have found that by consistently consuming collagen, people have reported more elastic and radiant skin. Test the theory for yourself by visiting these 10 places that offer delicious dishes packed with the goodness of collagen.
1. Charcoal Thai
Move aside Mookata, Thai style collagen steamboat ($48.95) is the new trend making waves in Singapore. Each spoonful of soup is velvety rich and thick, seasoning the ingredients that go into the steamboat. We also love the three different types of chilli sauce Charcoal Thai offers as a dipping sauce for the ingredients.

Tokyo’s number 1 chicken ramen chain is now open in Singapore! Each bowl of ramen is packed full of collagen after fresh chicken and chicken feet are stewed for hours to make the Paitan broth.
We also love that the ramen is topped with different types of chicken meat cooked in various styles like sous-vide. Read our full review for more recommendations!

The Health and Beauty Sundubu ($24) comes with a portion of fish collagen that dissolves in your Sundubu, giving it a thicker and heartier consistency. We also recommend trying the Seafood Sundubu ($24) which is loaded with fresh seafood including crab, scallops and oysters flown in from Japan.

Tsukada Nojo first popularised the collagen soup trend in Singapore with its Bijin Nabe Beauty Collagen Hotpot. Chock-full of seasonal vegetables that add a natural sweetness of the broth, Tsukada Nojo is still one of our favorite spots for a quick collagen boost.
