Here are some brews that have been making waves
Guinness Foreign Extra Stout New Livery
Guinness’ Global Master Brewer, Fergal Murray, was in town to launch the new Guinness Foreign Extra Stout livery at a custom-built pop-up bar at One Raffles Place last Thursday.
The Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is the most full-flavoured variant. Singapore is the first market across the globe to launch the sleek new design, which has metallic gold finishes, yellow tracks and layering of contemporary typography.
The pop-up will next travel to Ang Mo Kio Hub, I12 Katong and Wisma Atria.
Guinness celebrated Arthur’s Day on Sep 27.
Erdinger Oktoberfest Pack
Erdinger celebrated Oktoberfest on Oct 11 and 12 at the Clarke Quay Central Fountain Square, with traditional song, dance, food and lots of great beer. In addition to the Erdinger weissbier and dunkel served there was a limited edition Erdinger Oktoberfest brew.
Erdinger has also put together an Oktoberfest Festive Pack. Each comes with five 500ml Erdinger Oktoberfest bottles including a branded glass, at a recommended retail price of $33.
The Festive Pack is available at Cold Storage, Sheng Siong and NTUC supermarkets island-wide for a limited time.
