This weekend’s matches are set to be closely fought and with no lack of goals – here are some of our must-see picks

Arsenal vs Stoke City (11 Jan, 9.30pm)

When they last played earlier in the season, Arsenal was bitterly defeated by Stoke City 3-2 at the Britannia Stadium.
The Gunners will be eager to redeem themselves in front of their own fans this Sunday. Arsenal continues to be plagued by injury, with the likes of Mesut Oezil set to miss out.

Chelsea vs Newcastle United (10 Jan, 11PM)

Incredibly, Chelsea has yet to break its losing streak against Newcastle at Saint James’ Park. Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho claims that the Magpies play the game of their lives whenever playing the Blues, and both sides will surely not hold anything back this weekend.

Burnley vs Queens Park Rangers (10 Jan, 11pm)

Burnley, in 19th place, hosts Queens Park Rangers, in 16th place. This match will be a relegation battle by any measure of the word.

The two clubs have struggled to retain a spot in the Premier League in recent years and will be hoping to take full advantage of what both sides will consider a relatively easier game.

Everton vs Manchester City (10 Jan, 11pm)

As its title challenger Chelsea takes on an old nemesis, Manchester City finds itself facing fairly strong opposition in 13th-placed Everton.

The Toffees have yet to hit top form this season and are struggling to stay in the top half of the table but their squad is undeniably full of talented players capable of turning their season around.

Manchester United vs Southampton (12 Jan, 12am)

Southampton continues to impress by holding on to 4th place in the league. The Saints’ opponents are the risen-again Red Devils.

Louis van Gaal has worked wonders for this Manchester United side but has yet to eradicate erratic performances.

The Red Devils will hope to continue on their road to recovery but will surely find fierce opposition from this year’s surprise package, Southampton.

With Chelsea and Manchester City still neck and neck in the Premier League title chase, Manchester United primed to reclaim its Champions League spot, and the 4th place finish looking more fiercely contended than ever, be sure to stay glued to this weekend’s exciting games!
