1. Universal Studios Singapore’s Halloween Horror Nights 14

The screams are back at Universal Studios Singapore, and this year’s Halloween Horror Nights 14 is giving a familiar Singapore neighbourhood character a sinister makeover! Running on selected nights until 1 November 2026, the event promises plenty of spine-chilling thrills.

This year, expect four elaborately themed haunted houses filled with terrifying encounters, creepy characters and unexpected scares around every corner. One of the biggest highlights takes inspiration from a familiar childhood nightmare for many Singaporeans — the Karang Guni Man! But this time, his collection of discarded objects has unleashed something far more sinister than anyone could have imagined.

Beyond the haunted houses, eerie scare zones transform the theme park into a playground of nightmares, while live performances and roaming supernatural characters keep the scares coming.

And here’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss — a dance battle between Ponti-Ana and HamiKuma! Who knew Halloween could be this entertaining?

Tickets start from S$68 for non-peak nights and S$78 for peak nights, with Mastercard holders enjoying an additional S$5 discount. For those who prefer more scares and less queuing, Express Passes start from S$89 (admission sold separately), while the guided R.I.P. Tour is priced at S$290.

The event takes place at Universal Studios Singapore, 8 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098269, from 7.30pm to 12.30am on selected nights.

2. Haw Ror Villa 5

The dead are back, and this time, they’re here to judge! Haw Ror Villa 5: Back from the Dead returns to Singapore’s iconic Haw Par Villa this Halloween, promising a darker, more intense experience where the boundaries between life, death and judgement begin to blur.

Running on 22 selected nights from 8 October to 15 November 2026, this year’s edition features four interconnected scare zones inspired by sin, punishment and the supernatural.

This year, the experience follows a shorter, more intense one-way route, bringing the scares closer together and leaving little room to escape. Expect encounters with supernatural figures inspired by Asian ghost folklore, including the pocong and pontianak!

Tickets are priced at S$55 for adults and S$40 for children aged seven to 12, and SG Culture Pass credits can be used for admission. The event runs from 6.30pm to midnight, with last entry at 10pm.

For those who love a good scare, Haw Ror Villa 5 is definitely one Halloween experience worth checking out. The only question is: Will you be forgiven, or will you be condemned?

Head to Haw Par Villa, 262 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118628, and prepare to enter at your own risk!

3. Tampines 1’s Halloween Scaretacular

Childhood toys aren’t supposed to be terrifying, but Tampines 1 is turning that idea completely upside down this Halloween. Back for its seventh year, the mall’s popular Halloween Scaretacular returns with Toy Factory 444, an immersive haunted maze where playtime has taken a decidedly disturbing turn.

Forget simply walking through dark corridors while waiting for someone to jump out. This year’s experience adds an interactive twist, challenging participants to solve puzzles, uncover hidden clues and complete missions as they attempt to escape an abandoned factory filled with sinister surprises. With live scare actors and a storyline that puts visitors at the centre of the action, it’s part haunted attraction, part escape-room adventure.

The Halloween festivities extend beyond the maze, too. In collaboration with Box Hunt and the Singapore Fashion Council, shoppers can redeem collectible blind box plushies featuring characters such as Grumpipi and OPanDee Zombie Party. A creative customisation workshop using recycled materials adds a playful touch to the otherwise creepy proceedings.

For East-siders who love a good scare without travelling to Sentosa, this neighbourhood nightmare is well worth investigating.
