Wine and Champagne sanctuary Big Wine Freaks is throwing out the rules of traditional dining for its one-night-only Torotoro Night on 23 May 2026. For one electrifying evening, the space transforms into a buzzing late-night Japanese marketplace centred around a colossal 60–80kg whole tuna flown in directly from Nagasaki.

Guests can gather around the counter to witness the live breakdown of the prized catch, while enjoying an S$88++ tasting menu featuring premium cuts like Akami, Chūtoro, and Ōtoro sashimi, comforting Dashi broth, and a refreshing Akami & watermelon skewer to finish. 2. Nutmeg & Clove Celebrates 12 Years with a Week-Long Cocktail Fiesta

Homegrown icon Nutmeg & Clove commemorates twelve years of championing local heritage with the highly anticipated third edition of the Nutmeg Cocktail Fiesta. Happening from 24 May to 31 May 2026, the week-long celebration brings together fourteen world-class bartenders and culinary talents from renowned nightlife capitals, including New York, Rome, Washington D.C., Mexico City, and São Paulo.

-Rome Edition (24 May 2026): Patrick Pistolesi of Drink Kong and Riccardo Rossi of Freni e Frizioni present an Italian takeover with cocktails and bites from Medusa Osteria.

3. Lennon’s Takes Over Horatio for One Night Only

Resorts World Sentosa brings Bangkok’s vinyl-driven energy to Singapore. For one night only on Friday, 22 May 2026, from 8 PM till late, the Horatio’s Curious Companions series welcomes its first Thai guest bartender: Kosil Kamja (James), Bar Manager of Rosewood Bangkok’s acclaimed vinyl lounge, Lennon’s.
