The famous Paris-meets-Tokyo specialty coffee retailer Café Kitsuné has just opened their first outlet in Singapore.
The cafe was first launched in 2013 by co-founders Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, Café Kitsuné and has grown to a network of 21 cafés across the world. Their first outlet in Singapore is located on Capitol Building’s ground floor where you can enjoy an outdoor terrace where French and Japanese influences meet Singaporean-inspired elements.
Once you step into the café and be surrounded by the smell of freshly roasted coffee.
Two types of specialty coffee beans are used at the cafe and they are derived from Brazil and Guatemala. Both beans are savoury and full-bodied, with hints of chocolate and honey, a dash of peach, and a special long finish, thanks to a texture that is both soft and syrupy. Carefully prepared by experienced baristas, it can be enjoyed in situ or taken away, espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino…
Other than serving just coffee, the menu will offer other signature specialty drinks, savoury snacks and pastries such as Café Kitsuné’s iconic Fox-shaped shortbread, as well as Café Kitsuné Singapore’s exclusives. Two pastries that are exclusive to Singapore include Chilli chocolate tart and Yuzu pistachio strawberry entremet.
Café Kitsuné also offers its collection of tableware, ready-to-wear and accessories, and freshly roasted Café Kitsuné coffee beans to take away to enjoy.
Café Kitsuné is located at 13 Stamford Road, Capitol Singapore, #01-11, Singapore 178905.
