Well-reputed for its classic American style and sleek tailoring, clothier Brooks Brothers is celebrating Father’s Day this year with a specially curated set menu from Ruth’s Chris Steak House. An ode to their shared American heritage, this first-time partnership has resulted in a delectable four-course dinner experience that will be a treat for any steak-lovin’ Dad out there!
Start off your meal with Ruth’s signature Blue Crab Cake, stuffed full with shreds of sweet, juicy crab and served sizzling hot with lemon butter, a traditional New Orleans favorite; or opt for the Lobster Bisque or Caesar Salad.
Then comes the restaurant’s signature steaks for the entrée: take your pick from tender corn-fed Midwestern Petite Filet steak or custom-aged USDA Prime Ribeye or New York cuts, all luxuriously topped with butter and served on a plate heated to 500C for Ruth’s trademark sizzle. Served with a choice of side of creamed spinach, potatoes au gratin, lyonnaise potatoes, or grilled asparagus; it’s a hearty plate that, like any good Southern dish, warms and fills the stomach.
End off the meal with Ruth’s Mini Cheesecake with Fresh Berries, a New Orleans-style cheesecake, paired with coffee or tea. We promise you – once you go the route of New Orleans cheesecake, you won’t ever be going back to the usual New York-style ones!
The Brooks Brothers X Ruth’s Chris Steak House special set menu (S$120 per pax) will be available for dinner throughout the month of June. With every order of the set dinner, all guests will receive a complimentary special gift from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and a Brooks Brothers souvenir set redeemable at Brooks Brothers stores at Paragon and Raffles City Shopping Centre.
