We’re seriously lovin’ it
When the weather is unpredictable and the MRT rendered unreliable, it seems McDonald’s remains the only constant thing that doesn’t disappoint, providing refueling of chicken nuggets and McSpicy burgers when you say so. This time around, we’re going out on a limb to declare that the fast food giant makes dreams come true.
We have seen many iterations of McDonald’s signature Apple Pie, where you’ll find the same flaky and crispy exterior encasing various fillings from the recent Chinese New Year festive red bean, to nata de coco-coconut variant during the Nasi Lemak Burger saga.
However, our hearts are ablaze and taste buds awakened when McDonald’s broke the news on their Facebook page that they’ll be offering its molten lava Chocolate Pie in Singapore!
A dessert everyone lusted for when it was launched in Korea, the Chocolate Pie touts, what we can only assume, a chocolate-flavoured crusted layer, filled with a gooey chocolatey fudge.
We’re right now waiting with bated breath when the pie of our dreams is made available from 1 March 2018 onwards, alongside its new oceanic food items namely: Fish & Fries and Sweet Chilli Burger, launched at the same time.
