#TheBeautyCut: Products To Try This Month

Crossovers between beauty and fashion brands are always exciting!

1. LANEIGE X MATIN KIM Collection

Korean beauty meets Seoul street style in the LANEIGE x MATIN KIM limited-edition collection. Bringing together LANEIGE’s hydration-focused skincare and makeup with MATIN KIM’s signature monochrome aesthetic, the collaboration is as much a beauty drop as it is a collectible fashion moment.

The collection features four key products. The JuicePop Box Lip Tint Mono Tune (S$39) comes in a sleek black tube before transforming into a plum-pink shade based on your lips’ pH. The NEO Cushion Mewy (S$73) delivers a radiant finish with an 89% skincare-based formula, while the NEO Essential Blurring Finish Powder (S$61) combines micro-blurring powder with Blue Hyaluronic Acid for a soft-matte finish. Completing the lineup is the Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Moisture Cream (S$81), formulated with ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, Pepta Panthenol and Blue Hyaluronic Acid to support hydration and the skin barrier.

Adding to its collectibility, MATIN KIM’s understated black aesthetic extends to a range of accessories, including a makeup pouch, a convertible duffle bag, and a lip tint case complete with a mirror, keyring, and metal chain strap.

The collection is now available at Sephora and at LANEIGE boutiques at Wisma Atria and Bugis.

2. ROUGE DIOR The New Mattes, S$68.00

Dior is putting matte lips back in focus with the latest Rouge Dior launches in Singapore, led by Rouge Dior On Stage, a new long-wear lipstick designed to deliver high-impact colour with a soft, blurred finish.

Featuring a slim, sculpted bullet, Rouge Dior On Stage offers the precision of a lip liner with the coverage of a lipstick. Its high-coverage blurring matte finish provides up to 12 hours of transfer-resistant wear, while peony extract helps support hydration and a plumper-looking pout.

The wider Rouge Dior collection also offers different takes on matte. The velvet finish delivers a richer, more luminous matte effect, while the newer veil finish creates a softer, buildable wash of colour with a smooth, blurred look. Alongside Dior’s satin finishes, the range offers a more modern take on matte lips—far from the traditional flat, powdery finish.

Available at all Dior Beauty Boutiques, Counters and on the Dior Online Boutique.

3. CHARLOTTE TILBURY Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder, S$82.00

Charlotte Tilbury has expanded its Airbrush Flawless range with the Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder, a finely milled setting powder designed to create a smoother, more diffused complexion.

Inspired by the brand’s bestselling pressed powder, the loose formula uses Airtech™ and Powder Blur Technology™ to soften the appearance of pores and uneven texture while maintaining a natural matte finish rather than a flat, heavily powdered look. Its lightweight texture is intended to sit comfortably on the skin and help set makeup without looking cakey or settling noticeably into fine lines.

The formula also includes makeup-setting technology designed to provide extended oil and shine control, alongside hydrating skincare ingredients to reduce the dry, tight feeling sometimes associated with traditional loose powders. Charlotte Tilbury positions it as a long-wear option suitable for creating a polished, soft focus finish while keeping excess shine under control.

Available in stores and online at Sephora.sg.

4. KOSAS Cloud Set Loose Powder, S$58.00

KOSAS Cloud Set Loose Powder brings the soft-focus effect of the brand’s popular Cloud Set range into a lightweight loose powder format that sets makeup while keeping the complexion looking natural.

The formula is finely milled to diffuse the appearance of pores, uneven texture and excess shine without creating a heavy or overly matte finish. Rather than leaving the skin looking flat, it is intended to preserve a soft, lived-in quality that works well for those who prefer makeup to still resemble skin.

Cloud Set Loose Powder can be used across the entire face or concentrated on areas that tend to shine, such as the forehead, nose, and chin. Its airy texture also makes it suitable for lightly setting concealer and foundation without adding noticeable weight.

Available in stores and online at Sephora.sg.

5. FENTY BEAUTY Pro Filt’r Fluid Flex Natural Matte Longwear Foundation, S$72.00

Fenty Beauty has given its cult Pro Filt’r complexion line a new-generation update. The Pro Filt’r Fluid Flex Natural Matte Longwear Foundation promises something particularly appealing in Singapore: polished, natural-looking coverage designed to withstand heat, sweat, and humidity.

The new liquid formula has a natural matte finish with medium, buildable coverage, rather than the very flat, heavily powdered matte effect associated with some long-wear foundations. Fenty describes it as lightweight and flexible, formulated to move with facial expressions while resisting creasing, fading and transfer. It is also waterproof and designed to control excess oil and shine, with starfruit extract included in the formula.

That combination could make Fluid Flex especially relevant for Singapore’s climate, where foundation has to negotiate air-conditioning, outdoor humidity and perspiration within the same day. The finish should appeal most to those who want their complexion to look refined rather than noticeably made-up.

6. CLARINS X MYBLEND myLEDmask2, S$1088.oo

CLARINS x myBlend myLEDmask2 brings professional-grade LED technology into the home with a flexible face-and-neck mask designed around red and near-infrared light.

Developed by myBlend and distributed in Singapore through Clarins, the device uses photobiomodulation, delivering specific wavelengths of light to the skin without the heat associated with lasers. The aim is to support skin radiance, firmness and the appearance of wrinkles over repeated use. Clarins states that the mask delivers a calibrated fluence of 4 J/cm², rather than relying simply on a higher number of LEDs.

For a structured course, myBlend recommends using the mask every other day for six to eight weeks on clean, healthy skin. The brand reports that radiance may appear sooner, while changes in firmness and wrinkles generally require more consistent use. Its clinical evaluation involved 31 women using the device three to four times weekly.

One distinguishing feature is the mask’s extension over the neck, giving it a broader treatment area than many face-only home LED devices. Its flexible design is also intended to sit relatively close to the skin while remaining wearable during a session.

Available at selected Clarins boutiques and on www.clarins.com.sg

7. L’OCCITANE en Provence’s NEW Immortelle Divine Targeted Wrinkle Care, S$150/15ml

L’OCCITANE en Provence has expanded its Immortelle Divine range with the new Immortelle Divine Targeted Wrinkle Care, a concentrated treatment designed for specific expression lines and deeper wrinkles.

The 15 ml formula targets five areas commonly associated with visible ageing: forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, under-eye lines and nasolabial folds. It combines Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, a peptide used to soften the appearance of expression lines, with Immortelle Super Extract, which L’OCCITANE positions as a naturally derived retinol alternative, and acetylated hyaluronic acid to support smoother skin texture and reduce the appearance of wrinkle depth.

Available at L’Occitane boutiques and sg.loccitane.com.

8. ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Future Restore Eye Serum, S$195.00

ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Future Restore Eye Serum is the newest addition to the brand’s Pro-Collagen line, developed specifically for the delicate eye area and formulated to address visible wrinkles, loss of firmness and dark circles.

The lightweight, cushioning serum uses ELEMIS’ Opal Skin Algae Complex, a blend of three marine microalgae diatoms delivered in a Chlorella vulgaris system. According to the brand, this complex has been shown to improve firmness and elasticity, while Lumi Algae is included to target visible signs of fatigue and the appearance of dark circles. A marine bacillus ferment is also used to support a firmer, more refreshed-looking eye area.

Rather than focusing on a single concern, ELEMIS positions the serum as a 360-degree eye treatment. It is designed for use above, below and around the eyes, with the brand highlighting three types of dark circles and four types of eye wrinkles as key targets.

The texture is serum-like rather than cream-heavy, making it suitable for layering beneath moisturiser, sunscreen or makeup.

Available on sg.elemis.comSephora.sg, and spas island-wide.

9. KAYALI Lip & Body Collection

KAYALI is extending its fragrance universe beyond perfume with the Lip & Body Collection, a playful range designed to layer scent into everyday beauty rituals.

The collection builds on KAYALI’s signature gourmand aesthetic, bringing familiar dessert-inspired notes into body care and lip products. Rather than functioning as fragrance alone, the idea is to create a more immersive scent experience that can be worn across the skin and lips, either on its own or alongside one of the brand’s Eau de Parfums.

The new collection includes Yum Pistachio and Yum Marshmallow Body Creams (S$80/240g), Body Oils (S$81/120ml) and Lip Balms (S$42/15g). For those who love a little mini moment, there are also Yum Boujee Marshmallow Miniature 10ml + Lip Balm Set and Yum Pistachio Gelato Miniature 10ml + Lip Balm Set, both at S$67.

The body products are designed for hydration and fragrance layering, while the lip offerings add a beauty-focused touch. Sweet, creamy and indulgent, the collection makes it easy to turn your everyday beauty routine into a deliciously scented ritual.

Available in stores and online at Sephora.sg.

10. CAUDALIE VineOxyl™ Hair Density Serum, S$55.00

CAUDALIE is moving into scalp care with its new VineOxyl™ Hair Density Serum, a lightweight leave in treatment developed for thinning hair and reduced density.

At the centre of the formula is VineOxyl™, a patented active produced through biotechnology from grapeseed oil. CAUDALIE says it is designed to support hair growth, improve density and help reduce visible thinning. The serum also contains soothing peptides derived from organic chia seeds and peas, adding antioxidant and scalp comforting benefits.

The texture is watery and non-greasy, allowing it to be applied directly to the scalp without weighing down the hair. CAUDALIE recommends using three to four droppers section by section, followed by a gentle massage. For an intensive course, the serum is intended for daily use over three months, followed by twice weekly maintenance.

In the brand’s clinical testing, involving 36 volunteers over 90 days, hair loss was reduced by 53%. Separate testing reported improvements in hair thickness, density and volume.

Available in stores and online at Sephora.sg.
