The fan-favourite Fortune Pot in Peking Style is a timeless pencai dish that boasts an abundance of auspicious delicacies such as abalones, sea cucumber, fish maw, conpoy, dried oysters, pig’s tendon, black sea moss and more in a rich and flavourful soup, instead of thick gravy.
Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant’s signature Shredded Scallops with Fish & Egg White takes on a separate look – in the form of the Sautéed Bird’s Nest with Egg White.
Diners can tuck into smooth and creamy bird’s nest with fluffy egg whites in the festive rendition of the classic dish. Fans of the classic Shredded Scallops with Fish & Egg White need not fret as the dish will still be available during the festive season so that they can enjoy the best of both dishes.
