The last time highly-revered saxophonist Kenny G played in Singapore was at the Resorts World Theatre in 2015.
Three years later, the musician has finally made plans to stop by our sunny shores to hold a solo concert at The Star Theatre for one-night-only.
Taking place on 8 November, The One Night Only – Kenny G Live is set to feature smooth tunes from his 2015’s album The Brazilian Nights, according to promoter CK Star Entertainment. The album takes inspiration from the musician’s travels and tours in Brazil, as indicated by the predominate bossa nova genre.
“I cannot wait to meet all my loyal fans in Singapore to give them a taste of what a romantic and exotic night in Brazil is like, through my music,” said Kenny G in a statement. “It will be such a great reunion. I hope to be able to share my love for bossa nova with all my fans in Singapore.”
Ticket sales start on 20 August via Sistic. Warly bird promotions for tickets in categories 1-6 will take place from 20 August to 2 September exclusively for MasterCard cardholders. Below are the details of the ticket prices:
