Here are some ideas for you.

The theme for Gardens by the Bay Mid-Autumn Festival 2019 is none other than “Legacies”, which showcases Chinese stories, traditions, and practices that have been passed down for generations. All these can be seen through magnificent lantern sets, cultural performances and engaging activities. Take a stroll inside the Gardens’ first giant revolving lantern and watch the story of Chang E unfold on the moving murals.
The longest ever display of floating lanterns (2,250 of them!) can also be seen at the festival. A myriad of programmes ranging from arts and music performances to games and food also awaits you at the festival.
The event will run from 30 August 2019 to Sunday, 15 September 2019, at 7-11pm daily. Activities are free unless stated.
