Whiskey-chugging daddies will certainly take delight in Le Binchotan‘s special three-course menu ($45/$85 with whiskey pairing), featuring some of French-Japanese restaurant’s signatures that are complemented by a round of Balvenie’s liquid gold. Available from now until 16 June, the meal kicks off with the intriguing Edible Charcoal, where charcoal powder-infused popiah skin wraps slow-braised shorts ribs before it is deep fried, followed by a lip-smacking Kurobuta Ribs glazed with tare sauce and then finished with smoked chocolate. The dishes are paired with 12-year-old, 14-year-old and 17-year-old Balvenie’s whiskies respectively.
