For a truly extravagant Christmas like no other, indulge in an exclusive dining experience in the Dom Pérignon Plénitude Suite – Stellar at 1-Altitude’s partnership with the prestigious champagne house – each dinner seats up to eight guests, where diners feast with their senses through video projections, aromas and music.
Executive Chef Christopher Millar presents a ten-course dinner that will showcase a selection of coveted festive ingredients sourced from some of the best regions around the world. Dinner ends on a spectacular high as guests gather around the dessert table as they would around a fireplace on a cold Christmas night, and be dazzled as Pastry Chef Jasmin Chew assembles a Buche de noel dessert extravaganza.
The ten-course Christmas in the Plénitude experience is priced at $440++ per pax, inclusive of one complimentary glass of Dom Pérignon 2000. The suite’s festive menu is available from 22 December to 25 December 2018.
Guests who dine on Christmas Eve (24 Dec) and Christmas Day (25 Dec) will also receive homemade accoutrements of fig and cranberry compote and mini plum pudding to take home.
