2. Deep-Fried Squid with Cumin Salt and Pepper X Ginseng Daiquiri
The herbal-tinged Ginseng Daiquiri with its dark rum and lime juice helped to cut through the greasiness of the Deep-Fried Squid with Cumin Salt and Pepper. While it wasn’t our favourite pairing of the lot, the cumin salt and pepper seasoning squid stood out on its own and was finger-licking good.
