For the best view of the Grand prix, head up 62 levels to Stellar at 1-Altitude where you’ll be greeted with soaring views of the entire F1 circuit! As you witness the speedsters whiz past the finish line, indulge in the grilled offerings of Stellar’s Wagyu barbecue brunch ($140 per adult, $65 per child) such as Tajima sausages and satay, prawn skewers, mini burgers and roasted vegetables. Not to be missed is the star of the show – Mayura “Steamship” featuring a whole quarter of the flavoursome Mayura Wagyu roasting slowly over the coals. The feast also includes a seafood range of Fines de Claire oysters, brunch favourites of French toast and smoked egg Florentine, hot selections such as pan-fried goose liver and chorizo served from live stations, and a whole display of desserts featuring torched kum quat Alaska and pineapple panna cotta shooters.
