3. Linjiang Street (Tonghua) Night Market – For a traditional taste at the central location

After getting your shopping done at Taipei 101, chill out and fuel up at the Linjiang Street night market, just one MRT stop away. Also known as Tonghua night market, it’s frequented by locals almost more than tourists, so you can look forward to an authentic experience. Most of the dishes still follow traditional recipes. There’s a lot to sample, but don’t leave without savouring a juicy gua bao (Taiwanese hamburger) from Shi Jia Gua Bao, or a peanut ice-cream roll from Masa Spring Roll Ice Cream.
