Make magic this Christmas at Monti with a decadent spread of epicurean masterpieces on the Christmas Day Menu ($158.00 per pax) , available only on Tuesday, 25 December 2018. Be treated to Chef Felix’s 4-course dinner that features a plethora of symbolic Christmas favourites, paired perfectly with a glass of Prosecco or Mr Monti, one of the house’s signature cocktails. Start off with the Foie Gras Terrine, a dish delicately topped with luxurious truffle, figs marmalade & toasted brioche; Risotto with Spumante; Fontina cheese & Porcini. Choose between Spatchcock wrapped with Parma ham or the Maine lobster with Romesco puree & Cranberry foam. End the night with one of Chef’s sweet creations – ‘Monti Blanc’ with Coconut snow.
