Goodwood Park Hotel invites durian enthusiasts to indulge in their beloved annual Durian Fiesta!

From 2 March to 21 July 2024, enjoy a delightful assortment of delectable durian treats meticulously crafted by the skilled pastry chefs of Goodwood Park Hotel.

Featuring premium D24, Black Thorn, and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ varieties, including innovative creations such as D24 Durianyaki, D24 Cheesecake, a Duo of D24 Mango Coconut Gateau & Chocolate Husk, D24 Dark Chocolate Crémeux, D24 Granny Smith Mousse Cake, D24 Gula Melaka Kueh Dadar, and D24 Strudel.

The Popular Signatures Are Making a Comeback

The highly sought-after ‘Mao Shan Wang’ delicacies from Goodwood Park Hotel, including the ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Power Puff (S$33 nett/piece) and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Mousse Cake (S$20 nett/ slice, S$100/1kg, S$200 nett/2kg, S$300 nett/3kg), have won the hearts of fans over the years. In response to overwhelming demand, these beloved favorites return for a limited time, starting 1 May 2024.

There are lots of new items to look forward to! Experience a playful twist on the beloved Japanese street food – Takoyaki with the D24 Durianyaki (S$12++/3 pieces; S$24++/6 pieces), featuring delightful swirls of rich D24 mousse within homemade bite-sized profiteroles.

Delight in the charming Duo of D24 Mango Coconut Gateau & Chocolate Husk ($32nett/2 pieces). Both showcase a tantalizing blend of D24 durian mousse and coconut sponge, wrapped in silky coconut mousse. The Chocolate ‘Husk’ mimics the texture of a coconut husk, crafted with milk chocolate on a nutty chocolate base. At the same time, the Mango Coconut Gateau dazzles with a mirror glaze coated in coconut flakes, resting on a coconut biscuit.

Inspired by the trendy Basque burnt cheesecake, the D24 CHEESECAKE ($68 nett/500g) unveils a luscious durian cream cheese filling atop a homemade dacquoise biscuit base. Enhanced with two layers of durian mousse in varying textures and adorned with meringue, buttery crumble, and white chocolate, this adventurous rendition offers a delightful balance of sweet and savory flavors.
