Hey K-pop fans, what better way to burn extra fat than by dancing it out to your favourite songs? KpopX Fitness classes are great for beginner and intermediate dancers looking to tone their abs, improve flexibility and just groove to a great beat. Incorporating hip hop and aerobics moves to amazing choreography, the classes will have you dancing even after you leave the studio! Classes are also organised by MyActiveSG, which has it pluses and minuses – you might have to fight for space in a crowd, but the good news is classes are very accessible at your community centre, and affordably priced ($12 to $16 per 50-minute session).
