Continuing on its mission to showcase progressive Cantonese cuisine through some of Singapore’s top chefs, highly anticipated ‘Friends of Mitzo’ collaborative dinner series returns on 8 and 9 September from 6.30pm to 9pm. Chef Nicky Ng of Mitzo and Chef Petrina Loh of Morsels will fuse both modern Cantonese and progressive fusion flavours in this specially curated six-course menu (from $118 per pax). A culinary highlight is the Gin-cured Red Emperor Snapper, a fascinating east meets west dish in the form of Sakura ginseng chicken two ways.
