7. Have brunch on top of the world
For the fifth edition of its Sky High Brunch happening on October 7, CÉ LA VI is upping the game at its newly revamped Restaurant and Skybar with a good four hours (12pm to 4pm) of gastronomic indulgence, boozy debauchery, and plenty of sweet summer-loving. Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis lead the charge for the gastronomic revelry, with an array of Modern Asian cuisine marrying the regional bold flavours with cutting-edge cooking techniques, resulting in epicurean creations like the Tamarind Braised Short Ribs with Mantou Bao.
Guests in the mood for meat will delight at the Live Carving Station featuring Chef Joey’s special marinated Rangers Valley Ribeye coated with spicy shallot and garlic glaze. There’ll also be a Live Oyster Bar serving up fresh Atlantic Oysters topped, as well as a cocktail booth where you can whip up some Bloody Mary / Bloody Maria for yourselves.
CÉ LA VI’s very own resident DJ talents will be helming the deck for this spectacular brunch, so expect non-stop melodic tunes against the picturesque view on the top.
