3. Get creative at heritage craft workshops led by talented local makers

Here’s your chance to meet and learn from out talented local community of traditional craftsmen! Independent craft community The Good Company has teamed up with the famous handcrafted whiskey distillery The Balvenie, to bring us The Balvenie House of Craft, a pop-up Open House showcase of local craftsmanship. Happening over all four weekends in September, the free open house welcomes the public to get hands-on in crafts workshops and educational demonstrations. Get up close and personal with talented young craftsmen in various heritage trades – including marquage painter Cherin Sim, embroidery artist Teresa Lim, hand-lettering artist Ewe Jin Tee, floral artist Josephine  Lau. Also packed with art installations, fun activities, free film screenings, complimentary whisky tastings, and supper club dinners featuring local chefs, the open house weekends invite you to get inspired by the arts in all its creative forms.
