With Goodwood Park Hotel’s limited edition Durian Designer Cake ($48), you can have all of the taste without any of the finger-prickling hard work.
Available only for the month of Oct, the handcrafted cake looks uncannily like the fruit, with a ‘husk’ made of fresh cream and ‘flesh’ made from premium “Mao Shan Wang” mousse.
