5. Indulge in a Michelin-Star chef’s new menu

French Michelin-Star Chef Jérémy Gillon retuns to Me@OUE for a collaboration with Me@OUE Resident Chef, Vincent Ng, to create an exciting new menu ($120 per person).

Diners can expect a curated five course degustation menu prepared using only the ingredients that are available fresh in the kitchen on a daily basis, combining local ingredients and Chef Jérémy’s treasure trove of fragrant herbs hand-picked from within the French Alps.

 Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.
