Held from 23 to 24 July at Timbre+ as part of Singapore Food Festival, Open Stoves is their largest food-centric event to date, involving at least nine Timbre+ food partners and five invited chefs.
Guests get to peek into the kitchens and enjoy collaborative dishes by several prominent chef pairings. Chef Jeremy Cheok (Dusk by Slake) and Chef Tan Huang Ming (Park Bench Deli) will be whiping up dishes like Prata Taco with Stewed Tripe and BBQ Pork Collar — a modern Singaporean take on soft-shelled tacos.
