Get a taste of Ehime’s finest produce at the Ehime Seafood and Sake Fair 2016, which runs from 2 to 30 Sep.
The month-long fair will delight visitors with unique seafood and top-quality sakes from the Japanese prefecture, newly-designed menu items at selected restaurants in Emporium Shokuhin, skilful tuna-cutting demonstrations and an exciting cultural performance by Japan’s renowned Calligraphy Singer, Tomochika 890!
