5. Feast with three renowned chefs
Back in its second edition, Six Hands Dinner Round 2 will feature Singapore’s homegrown Chef and Owner Bjorn Shen of Artichoke, Executive Chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina and chef patron Diego Jacquet.
Held on 14 Aug, the specially curated 5-course dinner menu will reflect our city’s culinary diversity, with dishes like BLT; Bacon shawarma, lettuce & crab tzatziki, tomato ezme as well as chef Diego’s Roasted cod, apple & pickled mustard seeds.
