Post-work drinks with wok hen laden claypot rice? Dempsey’s latest member Provisions offers just that, as wellas sharing plates of glistening charcoal-grilled skewered meats and elevated vegetarian dishes. Inspired by Asia, the bar has incorporated the region’s ingredients, such as laksa leaves and lemon grass, into its hearty grub and bespoke cocktails. We recommend the Mackarel Fish Cake ($6), which is essentially otah with a smoother and silkier texture.
