4. Learn how to pair organic wines from a wine expert
Expand your knowledge of wines and how to pair them at this Organic Wines Masterclass! Presented by popular French dining establishment Merci Marcel, on 29 September, 5 to 7pm, the class will be led by their very own sommelier, Justine Le Merle. Sample the selection of 5 organic fine wine pairings specially curated by Justine, who will also share with you her first-hand understanding of the complex production of organic terroir wines.
