The roaring ’80s makes a return with the 50 Cents Fest taking place on the 29 & 30 July from 11am to 11pm.
Themed ‘Those Years’, the festival offers a whole plethora of hawker favourites from the 1980s, such as Abacus Seeds, Cantonese Paper-Wrapped Chicken and Ice Balls, at prices starting as low as 50 cents.
To fully immerse you in this era, nostalgic forms of entertainment such as live Xin Yao performances and old school games of hopscotch and fishing fountain will keep you occupied till nightfall.
