2. Take part in an artjam for a good cause
MINDSET, a registered charity supporting the under-served mental health community in Singapore, is hosting its first ever ArtJam sessions at the MINDSET Learning Hub every Saturday from now until end June, and aims to raise awareness of mental health while allowing participants a fun-filled day of art jamming.
Participants will be provided with art materials and guided by an art facilitator throughout a 3-hour session painting any image of their choice on a canvas provided. At the same time, participants are introduced to the MINDSET Learning Hub, where the event is being held.
