18. Try the new 4Fingers Skinnies
Are you a fan of collaboration and chicken wings? Local celebrity chef Bjorn Shen has collaborated with 4Fingers to launch a new series of recipes that will be rolled out in phases over the next few months. First up is Chef Shen’s take on the crispy, fried chicken skin known as the Skinnies. Marinated overnight in a mixture of spices, the Skinnies will be available in two flavours, namely 4Fingers’ Original Soy Sauce and the Hot Sauce. Priced at $4, the Skinnies will be available in stores islandwide starting 25 January.
