12. Get your kids tinkering
The school holidays are upon us, which means a lot more time for the little ones to pursue interests outside of academic settings. If you child has always been technologically inclined (read: addicted to iPads and smartphones), it might be fun to let them try out some coding and tinkering for themselves!
Tinkercademy will be offering 2-day microCamps this holiday season available for children and teenagers age 7 to 15, as well as an hour-long Creative Engineer Trial Class at 2.30pm at 112 Katong. Think of it as a teaser to what you can expect at the microCamps, and who knows, your child might just be the next generation of proficient coders and makers.
