On 24 and 25 Feb, diners can savour authentic Turkish cuisine at Maggie Joan’s Kitchen Takeovers with Turkish native, and owner of renowned Istanbul restaurant Neolokal, Maksut Aşkar. The dinner menu ($95) will feature Neolokal classics such as slow cooked Üveyik — an ancient Turkish wheat Aşkar had cultivated, which is cooked for seven hours with leeks and onions.
