8. Celebrate the music of Johann Sebastian Bach
Play It Forward – a home-grown public piano movement will be presenting the Singapore rendition of “Bach in the Subways” at the Urban Park at Tanjong Pagar Centre on 24 March 2018 from 2.30pm to 6.30pm.
Started in 2010 by cellist Dale Henderson, Bach in the Subways is an international movement where a community of musicians unite to play and celebrate the music of Johann Sebastian Bach, on the weekend of his birthday. More than 20 talent local pianists will be joining Henderson to put up free performances of some of Bach’s most famous compositions.
