10. Gallery hop and party till late
Art precinct Gilman Barracks is set to host its biggest birthday bash ever as it celebrates its fifth anniversary with its signature open house event, Art After Dark! Happening for one night only on 22 September, art purveyors of the event can look forward to an exciting evening of precinct-wide art activities and programmes from 7pm till late. Highlights include five new gallery exhibitions opening in conjunction with the celebrations, as well as Residencies OPEN, where visitors get to glean into the often-private artist studios and residences. Over at Car Park B is your chance to peruse a variety of artisanal design and lifestyle offerings. F&B pop-ups to look out for include Neon Pigeon, Bird Bird, Super Loco, Soi 55, and many more. To top it all off, local musicians the likes of Disco Hue, Linying, and Strangerfox will be serenading you all through the night from 7.45pm onwards. Admission is free.
