5. Wake up and smell the beans with Little Creatures & Schibello Coffee’s new roastery
Craft beef enthusiasts would be familiar with Australian specialty brewery Little Creatures – and they have now partnered with Australian coffee roasters Schibello Coffee, to launch their own in-house roastery.
Coffee-lovers, rejoice, as Little Creatures and Schibello are welcoming enthusiasts to enjoy a uniquely Australian experience across coffee, food and beer on 22 February between 12pm – 4pm! You will have the chance to participate in a range of activities such as live coffee roasting and sensory coffee sessions being held by Head Coffee Roaster Ben.
The roastery will offer a unique range of blends and rotating single origin coffees for both espresso and filter extractions, which will be available to sample at the espresso bar as well as to purchase for both retail and wholesale needs. The Little Creatures House Blends are Dolce, which has flavours of milk chocolate, and hazelnut with red berry top notes; and Black: notes of dark chocolate with toasted almond, bitter caramel and hints of orange.
