From 1 to 7 Dec, diners can savour cuisine from Japan’s Mie Prefecture at Japan Food Town with specially curated dishes ($9.80 onwards) from over 13 restaurants.
The Mie Prefecture Fair will feature the area’s famous produce such as the prized Matsusaka wagyu beef, Ise-ebi lobster (Japanese Spiny Lobster / King Lobster) and fresh oysters.
