Still searching for that awesome Halloween costume? You just might find it at Downtown East’s Last Minute Costume Fair, happening from 20 to 21 October. Be sure to return to the lifestyle hub for their Halloween extravaganza from 27 to 28 October, when the lifestyle hub transforms into a Yokai hotspot just for Halloween. Join the monstrous Yokai parade, play a game of tag against the Yokai with your family and friends, and get some shopping done at the the flea market.
