7. Reap the benefits of black garlic
From now till 14 Apr, Min Jiang at One-North is showcasing the black garlic in a special ‘The Magic of Black Garlic” menu, which features six dishes specially prepared by Master Chef Goh Chee Kong. Apart from its purported antioxidant and energy boosting qualities, black garlic also offers a hint of sweetness. Menu highlights include Steamed lobster with winter melon and black garlic in light soy sauce and Sautéed beef cubes with two kinds of garlic.
