13. Pair desserts with cocktails
From now till 18 Mar, world-renowned pastry chef Will Goldfarb from Room4Dessert in Bali will be taking over the kitchen at Studio 1939, Potato Head Singapore. Diners can expect a five-course showcase ($85 per pax) of desserts and cocktails using Balinese and regional ingredients, created in collaboration with Kamil Foltán, PTT Family’s creative Head Mixologist.
