7. Indulge in whisky flights
Head to The Wall, a new whisky and sukiyaki bar, and expect to walk away with newfound knowledge of the drink. Housed within the two-storey conservation shop house is a cabinet of rare whiskies including the likes of Yamazaki 50yrs, (Crystal) Black Bowmore 29yrs 1st edition and The Macallan 1948 Select Reserve 51yrs. Go for the East Meets West, a tasting flight spanning sweet and complex notes from Scotland to fruity flavours from Taiwan.
