2. Go for a giant beach grillfest
This weekend and the next, from 6pm-11pm, the inaugural Siloso GrillFest will bring together 20 stalls of Singapore’s best-loved BBQ treats and international cuisine by Siloso Beach.
Mobile booths will offer smoky creations from hotels to restaurants and bars, including exclusive creations just for the festival. Look out for what may be Singapore’s longest BBQ pit — more than 4.5m long — and enjoy live music performances from local acts.
