Neo Garden Catering is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the Curry Bomb ($15.80), a bread bun wrapped around Neo Garden’s curry chicken. The delightful treat combines a traditional Neo Garden favourite with one of Singapore’s favourite ways of eating curry chicken – dipping bread into it. The tender and flavourful curry chicken is cooked with 15 spices for eight hours.
