2. Celebrate 50 years of the Singapore Air Force
The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) is bringing its Golden Jubilee celebrations to five heartland locations across Singapore, and at the Bedok heartland site this weekend, the public can loo forward to the Air Combat Simulation, a simulator demonstration by RSAF fighter pilots of how fighter jets defend Singapore’s skies against hostile air threats. Catch them in action on both Saturday and Sunday at 11.30am and 2pm.
Other highlights include simulators, static and interactive displays of various RSAF assets and weapon systems, as well as a photobooth where you get to take your photo for the RSAF50 Mural, a montage which will eventually comprise 50,000 photos.
