3. Enjoy a wine-pairing dinner
Come 10 Mar, 7pm, Sear will be organizing a Howard Park Wine five-course dinner ($148 per pax) featuring speaker Mr Michael Whyte. Diners can experience five types of delicious wines from Howard Park Winery, Western Australia’s largest family-owned winery owned by the Burch family, paired with five courses of Sear signature dishes, including the premium ‘Dorper’ lamb shoulder bone-in.
