Get ready for another sizzling edition of Sentosa GrillFest! This popular food festival will take place from 14 November to 8 December 2024, from 5 PM to 10 PM at Siloso Beachfront.
You can expect a vibrant food scene with over 30 vendors put together by the Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC). Amongst the vendors, last year’s People’s Choice Award winners will be returning to showcase their popular dishes.
Beyond the diverse range of smoked meats, flame-kissed vegetables and grilled desserts, there will also be live music and performance by local artists (including Reverie and Too Much Drama) and mesmerizing performance by fire dancers from Starlight Alchemy.
Another fun way to enjoy the festival is through the fun games that will be made available such as the jumbo-sized single-player beer pong for you to test your skills and win free Chang Beer or discounted drinks from the Invaders Bar.
This year’s Sentosa GrillFest features four distinct zones, including two new additions: Fan Favourites, International Village, Dessert Hut (NEW) and Brew Island (NEW).
At Fan Favourites, visitors get to indulge in classic dishes with a modern twist, such as DAMN’s Dry Aged Beef Burger with smoked cheddar and caramelized onions, and Pilot Kitchen’s Gunpowder Short Ribs. Sentosa beach clubs will join in the feast offerings by bringing along Indonesian flavours like Nasi Bakar Ayam Suwi r(Indonesian Grilled Rice with Shredded Spiced Chicken) from Rumours Beach Club and unique barbecue corn from Ola Beach Club.
Beyond these, fans can also look forward to five new exclusive dishes this year:
– Freshly charred Boston lobsters with garlic butter or in a spicy umami option from Monger
– Australian Wagyu brisket smoked with hickory and cherry wood for 12 hours by Smok Haus x Asap Co
– Grilled Wagyu Cheeseburger in pillowy brioche bun by NCBC
– Melt-in-your-mouth Smoked Beef Cheek wrapped into soft tortilla shell by Jett Barbecue
– A range of yummy fillings in a sweet crispy Kurtosh shell by Botsi
Moving onto International Village. Here is where you get to explore the flavours of the world through a variety of international cuisine. This includes Mexican tacos from Papi Tacos, Indian delicacies from Royal Taj, and Korean specialties from Hanok Kimchi.
The new Dessert Hut zone is where you can satisfy your sweet cravings with a variety of grilled and non-grilled desserts from Coned, Sohtt, and SG HO LIAO.
The other newly set-up zone, Brew Island, offers a wide selection of craft beers and flavoured liquors to pair with your palatable meals. Popular brands like Chang Beer and unique offerings from Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco are available.
This year, Sentosa GrillFest also introduces a new concept of dining: Teepee Dining Experience. This is a unique chance to enjoy a curated three-course meal under a private teepee setting. Three renowned GrillFest vendors – The Social Outcast, Jett BBQ, and Sohtt – will each offer their signature dishes, creating an unforgettable culinary journey. To reserve your spot in this limited-edition experience, you can go through Trip.com for only S$88 per person. You can also choose to upgrade your experience to S$100 and enjoy a Chang lager pairing designed to complement each course.
There are perks to vote for your favourite GrillFest stall! By voting for your favourite stall, you not only help secure their spot at next year’s event but also stand a chance to win great prizes. Sentosa Islander members receiving 50 Islander Points for their votes. As an additional perk, Sentosa Islander members can redeem a S$10 GrillFest voucher in their MySentosa app and an exclusive GrillFest apron using their Islander points.

As part of SDC’s sustainability effort, visitors are highly encouraged to bring their own reusable containers and utensils. The vendors will also be using compostable-ware for food and beverages to minimise waste. Do note that plastic bottled beverages will not be available, so visitors are highly encouraged to bring along their own reusable water bottle.
To ensure a welcoming environment for all, 20% of the tables and seats along Siloso Beach Walk are designated as ‘Priority Seating’ for guests with mobility impairments. To further enhance accessibility, flooring is installed to facilitate easier access to food stalls and seating areas.
Entry to Sentosa GrillFest is free of charge, so payment is only applicable to the food you order.
