In 2023, 46,563 scam cases were registered, with a total loss of $651.8 million. Scammers are targeting victims through various channels, including social media and messaging platforms.

Therefore, it is crucial to know the actions you can take against scams.

On Friday, 2 August 2024, at 5 pm, join this significant inaugural event presentation by the Singapore Police Force to understand the top scam types that might affect you. This event aims to raise awareness of our vulnerability to scams. Also help us to recognize scam signs. More importantly, to take preventive measures. By increasing our awareness and actions, we can provide an additional layer of defence to protect ourselves and our loved ones from scams.

5.00 pm: Exhibition on Scams and Cybercrime at Ground Level
5.30 pm: Registration at Auditorium, Level 8
5.45 pm: Anti-Scam Awareness Presentation
⁠6.30 pm: Questions & Answers
6.45 pm: End of Presentation/Exhibition Part 2 at Ground Level
⁠7.15 pm: End of Event
