It's the period of time when the world comes together to celebrate the achievements of women everywhere and call for greater progress towards gender equality. 5. Discuss the gender pay gap problem with successful businesswomen
Why do women still get paid less than man for doing the same job? Pay inequality by gender is one of the most limiting obstacles holding women back from achieving the success and recognition they deserve. On 8 March, private members’ club 1880 is inviting to you delve deeper into the gender pay gap and other hurdles to gender equality, with advocacy leaders and female entrepreneurs in business.
